Being a Mom

What a wonderful first mothers day I had this year, I am finally a mom and am loving every bit of it.

I get to wake up each morning to the cutest most smily little girl and have an amazing husband to help me. He is my rock, I don't know what I would do with out him. These last 5 1/2 months have been so amazing for us as parents and as a couple we have learned so much and are so grateful to have MJ.

I have an incredible mother to look up to who is an incredible example and hope to be that same kind of loving mother and example to Mary.
And for the last year and a half am blessed to have a mother in law who loves to spoil MJ and is so giving to us

(Are these sunglasses to die for or what?!)

Right now I am happy and my life is complete
with a wonderful husband and beautiful baby girl

Awful/Awesome

Awful:
Baby blowout on our bed twice in a week.
hormonal break out all over the chin
Some times I hate texting because people can misinterpret what is ment to be said, than a long comes anxiety because I don't do well with confrontation or anything like that.
I loath TMobile. They sent me a message on my phone to receive an update after this so called update my phone radio no longer works so when calling out or receiving call all you hear is static and clicking noises. They told me on the phone it was their fault, there were bugs in the program and I'm not the only one who was dealing with this. Long story short their customer service blows.

Awesome:
MJ got a johnny jump from Grandma and Grandpa O.
Granny and Papa D are back home from being away an entire month!
Saw The Avengers at 12:35 am and totally worth it! Go see it
A friend volunteered to watch MJ so we didn't have to take her with us
Baby chubby legs and wrist rolls, love em!
Thanks to my sis for watching MJ all day long while I worked

"Sweat is fat crying"

Well folks, Summer is just around the corner and that means...summer clothes and swimsuits. Last Summer I was pregnant and this year I still have baby weight to loose and know I wont fit in to my shorts and definitely not swimsuit worthy. So instead of spending money on clothes that I can't afford and that wont be wearable forever I have decided to let go of the hope of the weight falling off and started exercising. Where we live there are tons of hills to go down and up to get some good cardio in. I am definitely not in shape. I want to enjoy summer and not hide behind baggy clothes and not go swimming with my daughter because of my own insecurities of my body. No more excuses, no more ''I'll start tomorrow'' It's plain and simple, I'm just not the kind of woman that has a baby and that looks back to normal 2 weeks later, or 2 months later or even coming up on 5 months later. Breastfeeding or not doesn't do jack, only taking control and working out and eating healthy will do it. I don't care about what the numbers on the scale say, or the number on my pants. I just want to look at myself in the mirror and feel good about the way I look, and not cringe when I look at my wardrobe just wanting to wear anything baggy and blah.
I know what is realistic for my body and know I can't compare myself to others (even though it's so hard not to!)
So here to is to new goals and make over!
